EasySocial allows you to upload a default cover photo for the user. This default cover photo would then be used a user registers on the site. To configure this, head over to Settings > Users > Layout and you will see the settings as shown below:
On this page, all you need to do is to upload a photo cover of your choice (preferably a dimension of 940px * 350px) and save the settings.
