IMPORTANT

This is the outdated SI-documentation which will be adapted soon. A huge part may be obsolete!

Mysql Queries

This automation allows you to fire MySQL queries to the same local database hosted on the site or an external database located on a different location. This allows you to run sql queries whenever a subscription status changes.

These are the following states on a subscription that would be triggered:

  • Being Activated

  • Being Refunded

  • Being Expired

Database Options

There are two database options that can be configured:

  • Local Database
This would be the same database as your Joomla site is using. You do not need to furnish login details for the database.

    Local Database

  • External Database
In the event that you need to run MySQL queries on a different database or a database hosted on a different server, you should use this option. Remember to set the login credentials for the database connection.

    External Database

Activated

When a subscription on the site is activated, PayPlans would trigger any automations that you have and execute the query that you have executed:

You may also use token as values in the query.

Refunded

Triggered when a subscription on the site is refunded to the customer.

You may also use token as values in the query.

Expired

When a subscription expires, PayPlans would trigger the REST API Requests created for this.

You may also use token as values in the query.
